After our volunteers distributed food to the victims of the earthquake in Gisenyi, food distribution was also organized in Bwishura. Due to the quarantine, local residents could not go to work and, thus, they were left without any means of subsistence. We bought 5 tons of corn flour and 2 tons of beans and distributed them to 240 needy families. The locals were very grateful for the help and participation.
